Core Technology

Gas-assisted injection molding technology (referred to as gas-assisted technology) is ZORSUN TECHNOLOGY industry's core technology. Company in the gas-assisted product design, gas-assisted mold development and production, gas-assisted technology and other key areas of gas have a wealth of experience.

Gas-assisted injection molding process can be divided into the following four stages:
The first stage: plastic injection. The melt enters the cavity and encounters a lower temperature wall to form a thinner, solidified layer.
The second stage: gas incidence. The inert gas enters the molten plastic, pushing the center of the unfixed plastic into the not yet filled cavity.
The third stage: the end of gas injection. The gas continues to push the plastic melt flow until the melt fills the entire cavity.
The fourth stage: gas holding pressure. In the holding state, the air in the airway to melt the melt, make sure to make the appearance of the workpiece.

Gas - assisted molding applications
Gas-assisted injection can be applied to any thermoplastics and partially thermosetting plastics other than particularly soft plastic. The use of gas-assisted molding of the products according to the different shapes, roughly divided into three categories:
Bar-like products, similar to the handle of large wall thickness parts;
Plate products, prone to warping deformation and local melt accumulation of large plane parts;
Special products, from the traditional injection molding technology is difficult to shape a special structure of the pieces.
